    * Granulated Sugar, 2/3 cup
    * Wheat bran, crude, 1/3 cup
    * Flour, white, 1 cup
    * Skim Milk, 1 cup
    * Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    *Fat Free Vanilla yogurt, 1 cup

Directions

Mix dry ingredients

Mix wet ingredients

Fold in blueberries to dry, fold in wet.
Fill 12 muffin cups

Bake at 400 for 20 min
