    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Minute Rice - Ready to Serve White Rice, 1 serving
    Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse chopped in small dice
    Kikkoman Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Hoisin Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Trader Joe's Thai Peanut Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, .5 fl oz
    Garlic, 1 clove minced
    1/2 tsp dried basil


Mix water, hoisin soy and peanut sauces. Add garlic and basil, set aside. Heat rice per instructions. Saute onion till slightly opaque, add sauce mixture and heat through add mango and hot rice. Mix thoroughly and serve.
Makes 2 servings approx 1 cup each
