Ingredients



    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Garlic, minced 4 tsp
    * *Filipo Berio Light Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 0.25 oz
    * *Sorrento Fat Free Ricotta Cheese, 2 lb
    * *Kraft - Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese, 1/2 cup
    * Spinach, fresh, 4 cups, chopped and packed
    * Egg Whites, 2 (or 1/2 c. substitute)
    * Black Pepper, 0.5 tsp
    * *Parsely, raw, chopped, 5 tbsp
    * *Barilla Lasagna Noodle, 2 noodles, 4.5 serving
    * *Kraft 2% Mozerella 1/4 cup, 3.5 cup (remove)
    * *Hunt's Garlic and Herb Spaghetti Sauce, 4.5 cup

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil spray. Combine ricotta, egg whites, parsely, pepper and parmesan. Cool lasagna according to package directions and drain. In a 13x9 pan, layer sprayed with olive oil or nonstick spray, layer three noodles, top with 1/3 spinach ricotta mixture, then cheese, then tomato sauce. Repeat three times, ending with sauce then finally topping with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and cook 40 minutes. Then remove foil and cook 15 minutes more. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
