    6.5 oz canned mushrooms, drained
    10 3/4 oz 98% Fat Free Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
    10 3/4 oz 98% Fat Free Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
    Light N Fluffy Egg Noodles, wide
    1/2 (or less) Rotisserie Chicken (cooked)
    1 cup skim milk
    .25 cup white wine
    1.4 oz French's French Fried Onions


Boil noodles according to directions for casseroles

Chop up precooked chicken, mix soups, milk, wine, mushrooms, and any seasonings you'd like together. (I use salt, pepper, paprika to taste)

When the noodles are done cooking, add them to the rest of the mix. Pour into a casserole dish,
(9x11 or near to that, or you can pour into two small ones and freeze half) cover and cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until it's bubbling.

Uncover and pour french fried onion rings on top. Cook for 10 more minutes or until they are more golden brown.

(You can nip and tuck this easy recipe for lower fat, or lower carbs. Using different noodles, leaving off the french fried onion rings, skipping the wine, etc. ** You can add peas and carrots to this dish by adding frozen veggies to the water as you cook the noodles.** )
