    2 x 650ml bottles of salsa
    1 pound of ground beef
    1 package of Taco seasoning.
    1 container of sour cream 500ml
    1 package of cream cheese approx 2 cups.
    3/4 block of cheese shredded. Approx 4 cups


Serves 12 approx 1 cup serving.

Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning as per the instructions.
Soften cream cheese in the microwave and spread in a baking dish.
Pour sour cream spread evenly
Pour both bottles of salsa spread evenly
Top with shredded cheese
Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
Alternatively you could fry onions, green peppers or any vegetable with the ground beef.
