    8 - 12 cups of water

    *Jiffy Mix Baking Mix, 2 cup
    *Chicken Boullion Cube, McCormick, 4 serving
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp
    Poultry seasoning, .25 tsp
    Dried Parsley, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 9 ounces


In a large pot over high heat bring water, chicken boullion cubes, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper to a boil. Add chicken and boil for 10-15, until cooked through. Mix baking mix with water according to package directions. Knead dough on a floured surface (reserve 2 Tbsp of flour), and press out flat, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Cut dough into small cubes (1inch x 1inch).

Remove chicken from pot, cut into bite size pieces, return to pot. Add dough cubes, one by one to pot of boiling water. Boil dough for 5-10 minutes, until dumplings are cooked. In a cup, mix 1 cup of water with 2 Tbsp of flour until limbs are gone. Pour flour and water into pot while stirring. Continue to stir and boil for 1 - 3 minutes, until soup is thickened. Serve hot
