    4 medium potatoes
    Milk, 1%, 1/2 cup
    Daisy Light Sour Cream, 6 tbsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp
    Blue Bonnet Light Margarine sticks, 2 tbsp

    You can also add any of your favorite spices. I use something similar to Mrs. Dash (it doesn't have a nutritional info since it comes from a local spice store).


Wash, peel & quarter potatoes.
Bring about 10 cups of water to a boil in a large sauce pan (enough to cover all potatoes and allow them to move about)
Boil until desired tenderness
Drain & return to pan
add all ingredients
Mash with potato masher until mixed through
