Ingredients

1/3 Cup Splenda
3 Tbsp Tapioca Minute (Club house) not cook
Pinch Salt
3 Cups Milk
1 large Egg
2 bananas (cut small) or 1/4 cup Jam (nectarine is the best)
Directions
Whisk together sugar, tapioca, salt, milk and egg. Wait 5 min. Slowly bring to a boil until it comes to a full boil (about 17 min) Let coll 20 minutes, whisking twice... Add jam or bananas. Stir pudding and spoon it into dishes. 6 servings
