Baked Cabbage - yum and simple. Baked Cabbage - yum and simple.
Number of Servings: 4


    * Cabbage, fresh, 1300 grams (1 medium head, chopped)
    * Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (diced)
    * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (chopped)
    * Salt, 1 tbsp
    * Dill weed, fresh, 10 sprigs (chopped finely)
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    * Paprika, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Bay Leaf, 5 leaves, not crumbled
    * Sunflower Oil, 2 tbsp


Place all ingredients in a cooking pot and bake in the oven for about 90 minutes or until it is dry enough.
