Ingredients

    1 lb beef stew meat, finely diced
    1 (46 ounce) can V8 juice
    1 (14.5 oz) can beef broth
    1 onion, finely diced
    6 red potatoes, finely diced
    5 carrots, thinly sliced
    2 cups frozen green beans
    1 (15 oz) can corn
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Place stew meat in instant pot. Add V8 juice, broth, vegetables, salt, and pepper.

Slo cook on low for eight hours.
