    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    Butter, salted, .2 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, .18 cup
    Maple Syrup, .15 tbsp
    Whipped Topping, .5 tbsp


Bring 1 cup water to a boil, stir in oats and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes. Add other ingredients and enjoy.
