Ingredients

    1 lb ground sirloin
    1 onion chopped
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 cup water
    2 beef bouillion cubes
    1/2 cup brown minute rice
    1 small head of cabbage - shreaded

Directions

Brown sirloin and onion . Drain and season to taste. Add rice to sirloin mixture .Set aside.
Put tomato sauce in seperate bowl. Dissolve bouilion cubes in water and add soup. Stir.
Mix 3/4 sauce mixture with meat.
Put mixture of sauce and meat in 9 X 13 backing pan.
Layer shredded cabbage next.
Drizzle remaining sauce mixture over cabbage.
Bake about 1 hour at 350
