Ingredients

    1.5 tsp Minced garlic
    1 TBS vegetable Oil
    2 TBS onion, raw
    .25 Cup tomato
    1 TBS Scallions, raw
    2.5 Cup baby spinach, raw
    .25 cup garlic and herb feta, Athenos
    1 TBS Margarine
    2 cups brown rice

Directions

begin cooking rice as box specifies

sautee garlic, onions, scallions and oil in med pan

Once sauteed mix is cooked add in spinach and tomatos

Add rice and feta and mix together
