Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia)
    Onions, raw, 3 small
    Diced Tomatoes in Tomato Juice, 4 cup (remove)
    Rotel Hot Diced Tomatoes w/ Habaneros, 1.25 cup
    Celery, raw, 5 stalk, small (5" long)
    Great Value Lentils, 2 cup
    Great Value Onion Soup Mix - 1 pkg, 2 serving
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 4 tbsp
    Anaheim Chile Pepper (New Mexico Pepper), 4 serving
    Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 cups
    Water, 6 cups

Directions

Cut everything into bite size pieces and throw into large pot - fill with water after everything else is in - bring to boil and then simmer on low-medium until vegetables are tender.
