Introduction

Fast yummy breakfast. You can throw in any veggies you like to this. This is just the ones I like. You can also get ground turkey breakfast sausage and mix it in the eggs
Fast yummy breakfast. You can throw in any veggies you like to this. This is just the ones I like. You can also get ground turkey breakfast sausage and mix it in the eggs

Ingredients

    1Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Great Value Turkey Sausage
    1/4c egg white
    1/4c diced bell peppers
    1/4c diced onion
    1/4c fat free cottage cheese
    1 slice 2% american cheese
    1Tbsp salsa

Directions

In a medium frying pan put in olive oil onions and peppers and cook on high for 1-2 minutes. Add seasoning to taste. Next add cottage cheese and cook for another minute or two til the cottage cheese melts. Turn burner down to medium. Then, add egg whites and scramble. Quickly place sausage patty in microwave and heat for 1 min on high. Return to stove. Cook until liquid from cottage cheese burns off. Grab sausage. Place sausage patty on middle of plate and top with cheese slice, pile egg mixture on top of sausage. Top it off with the salsa. And your done. .
