    2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
    12 oz. sour cream
    48 ox chicken broth
    1 onion (baseball size)
    3-4 tablespoon garlic minced
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    2 bay leaves
    1/4 cup corn starch
    olive oil enough to coat bottom of pan
    save for last
    1/2 cup milk
    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 cup flour


Save eggs, flour, milk for last (spaetzel)
1. Chop up chicken into small pieces put chicken and garlic into pot and sautee in olive oil
2. Chop up onion into small pieces put onions and some chicken broth into the pot use enough broth to keep everything submerged. Leave about 16 oz of broth to the side. (remaining broth will be used later.)
3. Stir in other spices (paprika, salt, pepper, ginger, bay leaves) simmer to let chicken and onions cook throughly
4. When chicken and onions are fully cooked add the starch as a thickening agent by mixing into remaining broth and pouring into pot. Stir and remove from heat and let chicken thicken finally mix sour cream and serve over Spaetzel
mix milk, flour, and eggs. It should be like cake mix. With spoon drop small blobs of batter into boiling water and let boil for 20 min.
