    Pasta, cooked, 8 oz
    Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed
    *Bertolli Alfredo Sauce, .5 cup
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    *Sesame Seeds, 1.5 tbsp
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, strips or slices
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped


Cook pasta according to directions. Cut chicken into strips and cook covered, stirring often, in a splash of olive oil and soy sauce until done. Add the carrots and onion, cook an additional minute, then remove from heat and leave covered.

Toast the sesame seeds and thyme leaves in a dry pan. Set aside.

Drain pasta, add "jarred" alfredo sauce, then chicken and toasted seed mix. Yum Yum!
