    * Zucchini, 1 cup, chopped
    * Squash Yellow, 1 cup chopped
    * *Fresh Garlic (1 clove
    * *Balsamic Vinegar, .1 teaspoon
    * Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, .1 teaspoon
    * Edamame - Dry Roasted - Wasabi - Seapoint Farms, .1 Tbsp
    * * Salted Almonds (Sea Salt) 2 tblsp
    * Campari Tomato, 2 tomatoes chopped
    * *Onion powder, .1/8 tsp


mix together. if you can wait to eat, the flavors will mingle better! Put it in the frig for a couple of hours, or over night. Stir once and awhile to mix juices around.

    Here is a link to the tomato. You can use any tomatoes really. I just had these on hand!
