Ingredients

2 lbs. 90/10 ground sirloin (don't use anything with less than 10% fat - you need the fat to rehydrate the onions.
3-4 Tbsp. minced, dried onions
seasoning salt
24 dinner rolls, sliced
6 slices Kraft 2% American Cheese
Sliced pickles
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Sprinkle dried, minced onions into the bottom of a 9x12 glass baking dish.
Smash ground sirloin into the pan in an equal level, on top of onions.
Poke with a fork all over.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
Slice American Cheese singles into 4 pieces each (for a total of 24). Cut the hamburger into 24 equal pieces and top with a slice of cheese.
Put back into oven and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Once finished, remove from oven. Top each patty with 1-2 pickle slices, and place into a dinner roll.
1 serving = 3 burgers
