    2 cans black beans
    1/3 c frozen corn
    chopped jalepeno peppers
    4 garlic cloves
    1/3 c onion
    1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1/3 c diced cucumber
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp dried cilantro
    2 tbsp lime juice


place all ingredients into a sauce pan and simmer for 30 minutes. Place in jars and cool at least two hours in the refrigerator before serving. 17 servings.
