Ingredients

half a baking potato
15 g sliced carrot (a little less than 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup canned yellow sweet corn
27 g chopped onion (1/4 inch slice from a medium onion)
3.5 oz ground turkey 93% lean
1/8 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
preheat over to 375 F
1) boil potatoes until tender
2) cook onions in olive oil until brown
3) add turkey to onions and brown-add carrots and corn partway through browning
*be careful not to overcook turkey as it will continue to cook in the oven*
4) add spices to meat mixture
5) mash potatoes using cooking water to create desired consistency and season with salt and pepper
6) layer in casserole and bake until browned approx 20 minutes
