    20 oz ground turkey
    2-3 minced garlic
    1 teas basil
    1 teas parsley
    1 teas oregano
    1/4 teas black pepper
    1 egg white
    1/2 cup oatmeal

    1 pinch basil
    1 pinch parsley
    1 pinch oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 C low sodium chicken broth
    1/4 C skim milk


Mix all the ingredients together. Form into meatballs and cook in skillet for about 20 minutes or until done.
In a seperate saucepan bring chicken broth to a simmer. Add spices. Slowly stir in milk. Simmer 5 minutes. Add the sauce to the meatballs and serve over rice or potatoes.
