    boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz (cooked)
    Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 4 cups
    1 can black beans drained and rinsed (15.25 oz)
    I can Whole Kernel Golden Corn drained (15.25)
    8 oz. Light Sour Cream
    8oz picante Sauce
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 can of Rotel (medium or hot can be used)


Mix all ingredients except for 2 cups of the shredded cheese. Take those 2 cups and sprinkle on top of casserole after ingredients are mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Makes approximately 10 one cup servings
