    12 oz soba noodles
    one bunch kale, chopped
    2 tbs toasted sesame oil
    2 tbs tamari soy sauce
    2 tbs toasted sesame seeds


Makes 6 servings

Cook noodles according to package directions. During last 3 minutes of cooking, add kale to pot. Drain. Toss with remaining ingredients. Serve warm or chilled.
