Introduction

This gravy uses broth that is made from leftover hamburger, meatloaf, roast, or any beef! This gravy uses broth that is made from leftover hamburger, meatloaf, roast, or any beef!

Ingredients

    3 T. Flour
    3 T. Beef Fat
    1/2 C. Beef Broth (leftover from hamburger or Meatloaf or Roast, etc.)
    1 c. Whole Milk

Directions

Mix beef fat with flour until smooth. Gradually add the beef broth and keep mixing till smooth. Then after I have done that I put it on medium heat and slowly add the milk a little at a time. It may take a little less or a little more milk to make to your desired consistency. Heat through. Serve over mashed potatoes or meat.
