Introduction

This is the soup my mom made when we would "diet". But it's sooooo delicious! This is the soup my mom made when we would "diet". But it's sooooo delicious!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 Big Cans of Vegetable Juice
    2 TBSP of olive oil
    salt
    pepper
    1 1/2 Cans of Water
    2 heads of cabbage, chopped
    2 cups of baby carrots, sliced
    1 cup of celery, chopped
    2 vidalia onions, chopped
    2 pkg of portabella mushrooms, sliced
    4 cloves of garlic
    1 frozen bag of green beans
    1 frozen bag of peas

Directions

First get a big soup pan out and put the 2 TBSP of olive oil in, turn the heat to medium on the stove.

Add your carrots and garlic. When you carrots are starting to become soft, add your celery, and then your mushrooms.

Too this add your vegetable juice and water.

Now add the rest of your ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour

Enjoy!
