    * Almonds, 0.5 cup, sliced (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, 1 stick (remove)
    * Wild Rice, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * *Brown Rice, long grain, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Green Onion - fresh chopped, 0.188 cup (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 448 grams (remove)
    * Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)


Saute almonds over med. heat about 3 min. Combine butter, rice, onion, toasted almonds and mushrooms over medium heat and saute about 8-10 min. Preheat over to 325 degrees. Transfer rice mixture to 2 Qt casserole, add broth, cover tightly and bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Serves approx 8-10 (nutritional information is for 8).
