    1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 cup whole grain flour
    0.5 cup splenda
    0.5 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp baking powder
    0.5 tsp baking soda
    0.5 tsp salt
    0.5 cup raisins
    0.5 cup chopped dates


Mix oats and milk and let stand 1 hour
Add rest of ingredients
Spoon into greased muffin pans
Bake @ 400F for 15-18 minutes

Makes 12 muffins
