Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 1/2 C Flour
    1 C Sugar
    1 C Splenda for baking
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    3 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt
    3 TBSP Vegetable Oil
    3/4 C. Milk
    1 Egg
    3 Bananas
    3-4 tsp Brown Sugar to sprinkle on top (optional)

Directions

Mash bananas in a mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients (except brown sugar). Mix until blended. Pour into two greased 9" x 4" glass pans. Sprinkle tops with brown sugar. Bake @ 350 for 60 min.
