Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 cup flour
    0.33 cup splenda
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 TBsp cold butter
    0.33 cup egg substitute
    2 TBsp nonfat milk

    Topping:
    4 egg whites
    1 cup splenda
    2 cups unsweetened raspberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F and grease 9" pie plate
In a bowl combine flour splenda, baking powder and salt. cut in butter.
Combine egg and milk and add to flour mixture to make a sticky dough.
Press into the bottom and up sides of pie plate and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form, Gradually beat in splenda until stiff peaks form. fold in raspberries.
Spoon over crust.
Bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
cool fully before serving.
