    Dry Ingredients:
    3/4c Oat Bran
    1/4c Flax Seed Meal
    1c unpacked raisins
    1 1/2t Baking Powder
    1t Baking Soda
    1/2T Cinnamon, ground
    1T Pumpkin Pie spice
    1t Nutmeg
    1/2 c Stevia in the Raw
    1 1/2c Oats

    Wet Ingredients:
    1 Egg
    1c Skim Milk
    1/2c Plain Fat free Yogurt
    1/2c Applesauce, unsweetened
    1/4c Coconut Oil
    1 1/2t Vanilla Extract


Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and set aside.

In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients.

Combine the wet and the dry.

Pour into prepared pan.

Cook for about 40 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from the sides.
