    Fresh Summer Squash, washed & sliced
    Fresh Vidalia Onion, medium sized & sliced
    2 TBSP Smart Balance buttery spread
    salt & pepper to taste and/or Mrs. Dash


In oven proof casserole dish, layer sliced squash with onions adding seasoning such as salt & pepper or Ms. Dash and the Smart Balance buttery spread. Cover dish and place in a pre-heated 350 degree oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached.
