Introduction

1) chop 2 apples and 1 nectarine place in blender with hemp milk. blend until smooth. put aside.

2) CRUST:
combine:
oat, flax, soy powder, flour, wheat germ, cinnamon, 2 bags oats, EVOO, 1 cup of (apple nectarine hemp milk blended mixture)
*mix lightly spread evenly in bottom on 9inch spring pan (base pan lightly w/ EVOO)

3) On top of crust spread even layer of whole fresh blueberries

4) Add to the "apple/nectarine/hemp milk mixture":
walnuts, cornstarch, 1/4 cup flour, 3 bags instant oats (I used 2 apple+ cinnamon and 1 flax and oat), and 1 tbsp vanilla.
*mix together lightly and pour evenly over the blue berries (pay close attention to the sides of pan)

5) Beautify the top with whole walnuts and fresh blueberries. Then lightly sprinkle some wheat germ and cinnamon (just for style!)

6) Pop in the oven and wait patiently, soaking in the sweet aroma! (turn pan 180 degrees after 25 min of baking)

7) Share and enjoy some yourself, it always taste better with loved ones around :)

9inch spring pan (circle) makes 10 small (but yummy) slices
bake at 350 for 45 min and 450 for last 5 min (or until top is firm and lightly golden. Let stand for at least an hour and then pop the spring off and voila! a beautiful and (fairly healthy) pie!
Put a whole new twist to the standard "american blueberry pie."
No added sugar, butter, eggs, ect.
All natural and healthy additions
-wheat germ
-flaw seed (egg substitute)
-blended apples and nectarine = good natural sugar
-hidden (and tasteless) protien powder

While this pie still packs on the sugar, its almost entirely from the whole raw fruits themselves. Still not the best thing to eat everyday, but when your ready for a killer dessert... make this one! Delicious and it wont actually "kill you" :)

ps: this is a perfect recipe to bounce of off and make your own. I almost never use recipes or measuring cups ect. I don't really have a plan either. I just go into my kitchen, turn on some good music and let the ingredients fly! I'm just there to assist them to become whatever they want to be. Usually the finished product is just right, delicious and healthy! Plus, it's hard to be wrong if you have no expectations :)
