Nice spicey pepper steak! Nice spicey pepper steak!
Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb round steak
    1 green pepper cut into strips (to taste)
    1 red pepper cut to strips (to taste)
    1 small onion cut (to taste)
    1 clove garlic minced
    2 tbs black pepper
    1 tbs KRAFT BBQ sauce
    1tbs Soy sauce

    OPTIONAL: Montreal steak spice (not included in calorie count) to taste. I usually use about 6 generous sprinkles.


1) Cut beef into strips and prepare vegtables

2) Warm EVOO in large sauce pan on medium heat

3) Add meat and vegetables to sauce pan stirring occasionally, add in spices. Cook meat throughly, then let simmer for 5- 10 minutes

4) Remove meat and vegetables from sauce pan keeping the liquid, add flour and water to make a light gravy and pour over meat.

5) ENJOY! :)
