    1 lb grass-fed ground chuck
    1 C Textured Vegetable Protein (Bob's Red Mill)
    2 eggs
    1/3 C milk (nutrition calculated using So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk)
    1 Tbsp minced onion
    1/3 C organic ketchup (Wild Harvest)
    1 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
    1 Tbsp yellow mustard
    3/4 C rolled oats (Quaker)
    2 Tbsp organic ketchup
    2 Tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp yellow mustard


Put first 10 ingredients (through oats) into mixer, mix on low just until combined. Put in loaf pan. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and yellow mustard together and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-75 minutes until done.
