    2-14.5 oz cans of S&W organic diced tomatoes
    16oz peeled raw shrimp
    3 Tbs basil
    3Tbs parsley
    1/2 C parmesan cheese
    1/2 C onion
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 C white wine
    2 Tbs red pepper flakes


Cook shrimp in olive oil and red pepper flakes. Remove shrimp and set aside. Add onion to pan and cook until tender. Add garlic, tomatoes, and wine. Cook 10 minutes. Add cooked shrimp. Serve over rice.
