    2 lbs baby yukon gold potatoes
    2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    1 tsp Two Sisters Gourmet Sun Roasted Red Pepper Seasoning (or your seasoning of preference)


Cut potatoes into small chunks, spread in shallow baking pan, such as a jelly roll pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on seasonings. Toss with hands to evenly distribute oil and seasonings over potatoes. Arrange potatoes in single layer. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Stir once or twice during baking.
