Ingredients

    1 can (540ml) of chick peas
    1/2 c. of chopped dates
    1.5 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. red onion
    2 tbsp cumin seeds
    juice from half of fresh lemon

Directions

add all ingredients together except for cumin seeds and lemon juice. Lightly toast cumin seeds add to salad and than add squeezed lemon juice.. Makes 5 servings
