    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Summer squash, 1 cup, sliced
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium
    Wishbone Fat Free Italian Dressing


With a vegetable peeler peel the outer layer of the zucchini and squash. Push a little deeper and run the peeler along the squash turning to a new side when seeds begin to appear. Cut squash and carrots into noodles. Slice mushrooms. Add squash, carrots, and mushrooms and toss with the dressing. Marinate for 30 minutes. Spray a non stick pan with Pam and saute til all liquid is removed.
