    4 large Peppers
    1 lb each: veal, pork, beef 93% lean
    1/2 c raw rice, cooked
    6 t bacon grease
    3/4 c onions, chopped
    1 Jar 24 oz Hunts spaghetti sauce


Pre-heat oven to 375. Cook rice, saute chopped onions in bacon grease. Gut & half peppers. Add rice & sauteed onions to ground beef, mix thoroughly. Stuff peppers. Pour 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce into glass baking dish and place stuffed pepper halves.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.

8 1/2 pepper servings.
