Introduction

Ingredients

    8 cups of spelf flour
    1/2 cup sesame seeds
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon honey or blackstrap molasses
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    4 1/2 cups 2% Milk

Directions

Grease and flour two bread pans and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Then make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the milk. Mix. Add honey or molasses, stirring in until all is well blended. Pour half of the batter into each pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. There is some discussion online about baking in a ceramic baking crock or something similar. Cooking this in an uncovered bread pan did result in a funny bump that started to pour out over the edge of the pan before it baked.
