Directions

squize lemon into 2 cups filled with boiling water.Add mapple syrup and a little cayenne to taste.

    This is drink is part of the Master Cleanse. The website above has the info if you want to do it right. It should be done with 'B' grade Maple Syrup, which has more nutrients, and purified water.
