    Cheddar Cheese
    Sweet Red Peppers
    Black Pepper


Drain Tuna
Mix with remaining ingredients
Form "cake" with fork in hot skillet
Cook to desired temperature

Note: You may want to saute the peppers prior to cooking the tuna cake.
