    1 pound ground turkey
    2 tsp cumin
    1 tbsp cayenne pepper
    1 small onion minced
    can of crushed tomatoes
    can of red kidney beans
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp paprika
    chili pepper
    1 chicken boullion cube
    1 cup water


makes 9 one cup servings (perfect for a mug full)

cook minced onion for 2 minutes in frying pan with non-stick spray, then add ground turkey. Cook until un-pink.
In separate bowl, mix all other ingredients (except the boullion, water and kidney beans) and add to the turkey. In microwave, heat a mug with the chicken boullion and water for 3 minutes, then add and stir into the pot. Let this come to a boil and them simmer for 20 minutes. Add the kidney beans during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
