    2 - 28 oz Cans Diced Tomatoes
    2 Tbl Olive Oil
    2 Tbl Minced Garlic
    1/4 C. Chopped Fresh Parsley
    1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    1 Tsp Garlic Powder
    1 Tsp Black Pepper
    1 Packet Sweet & Low
    2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
    5 Bay Leaves


Heat Oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add minced garlic and saute until golden brown. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Using a potatoe smasher, firmly press down on the tomato mixture in the skillet so liquids are released. Simmer another 15 minutes or until Marinara Sauce isn't too runny. Serve over Whole Wheat Pasta and enjoy!
