Number of Servings: 20

1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Butter Recpe Yellow Cake Mix
    12oz Diet ginger ale

3 cans (3.5 1/2c servings each) Peaches, canned with Splenda
    7 large Strawberries fresh,
1 box strawberry jello, sugar free, dry, 8.5gm pkg
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1/4c-1/2c splenda to taste
4oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1c boiling water

Powdered Sugar, 4 tbsp for topping (just to make it pretty)

Preheat oven to 350f

Spray 2-9"x13" pans well with pam baking or just pam

Mix cake mix and soda in large bowl (will foam) spread evenly in to 2 9x13pans

Bake for about 20 minutes until done, let cool in pans (I did just because it was hard to get out but if you can get one onto a wire rach it would be good to)

Open peaches and drain 2 cans, reserve liquid from 1 can, cut peaches to bite size, add chopped strawberries.

add cream cheese and about 1/3c liquid and blend (I actually used the stove to get my cream cheese to warm up and mix in but it worked) add splenda and mix, add peach mixture.

Mix gelatin and jello in boiling water until dissolved, add this to peach and cream cheese mixture. mix well but not breaking up fruit to much. cool for about 20 minutes.

pour over 1 cake spreading fruit and liquid evenly. cover with other cake.
let cool in fridge for 2+ hours, would be better overnight prob but I haven't gotten that far yet.

sprinkly with powdered sugar - 1/4c unsifted in nutritional info

20 servings

I love this because you can do so much with it, different fillings, sodas, cake mixes, toppings. Enjoy and have fun!!!
