    Blueberries, fresh frozen, 2 cups
    Banana, fresh frozen, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, soft, 1 pkg (340 g)
    Lemon, 1/4 raw with peel (remove seeds)
    Cardamom, ground, 0.5 tsp.
    Xylitol Sweetener, 1 Tbsp.
    SweetLeaf Stevia, 1/4 tsp.
    Kale, 1 cup, chopped & packed
    Organic Tibetan Goji Berries 1 Tbsp.
    Purified Water, 2 cups


Makes 7 8 oz. servings

Slice lemon quarter into small pieces. Put kale, goji berries, lemon, sweeteners, cardamom & tofu into high speed blender & blend until completely smooth.

Slice frozen banana into 1" chunks. Add to blender with blueberries & water & blend to smoothie consistency.
