Ingredients

    Ingredients for soutzoukakia

    1 kilo of minced beef
    5 cloves of garlic, crushed
    1 teaspoon of cumin
    1 cup of crusted bread
    1 medium egg
    salt, pepper
    1/4 cup of sunflower oil

    Ingredients for the sauce

    500 gr of tomato sauce
    1 cup of water
    1 tbsp of olive oil
    salt, pepper
    cinnamon and allspice

Directions

1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and knead well.
2. Make small rolls of a longish shape.
3. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry soutzoukakia.
4. Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Boil on a low heat all the ingradients of the sauce.
5. Before the sauce sickens, put the fried rolls into it and allow them to boil for 10-15 minutes.
