    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 225 grams (1/2 lb)
    Onions, sliced, 1 medium
    Garlic, cut up, 3 cloves
    Juice from 1/2 a lemon (2 T)
    Soy Sauce, 1 T
    White Wine, 1/4 C
    Bouillon granules or celery salt 1/4 tsp
    1/8 tsp each of
    Dried Basil, Dried Thyme, Dried Rosemary and Paprika
    Pepper, black, 2 dashes


Line a baking dish with enough aluminum foil to fold over chicken and vegetables. Place chicken breast in middle, arrange vegetables, sliced onion and garlic pieces around chicken. Pour liquids over. Sprinkel with a mixture of all the spices. Cover foil and seal. Cook in oven pre-heated at 400F for about 25 mn.
