    1 lb bison chuck roast
    1 onion, chopped
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    1 small bag baby carrots
    1 can light beer
    8 red potatoes, sliced
    8 oz mushrooms
    3 parsnips, sliced
    1 bag green beans
    Mrs. Dash Original


Place beer, roast, onion, and celery. cook for 2-21/2 hours. Add vegetables and cook another 45 minutes.

4 oz of meat and 1 c of vegetables= 1 serving.
